In Licensed Practical Nurse Program a certificate is awarded to students upon successful completion of all Licensed Practical Nurse graduation requirements listed in the student catalog. Note: Student does not meet graduation requirement if they receive an unsatisfactory grade on skills evaluation upon completion of the externship clinical rotation from the externship site.
